Nailing the waiver wire and the players available are critical to beating out your league-mates in season-long formats.

Each week we will take a look at players who are rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo leagues and can help out your season-long squads. Remember, if you aren’t scouring the waiver wire, you are falling behind. There's only two months left in the season -- let's go!

The last two months of fantasy baseball are all about category management -- what do you need in rotisserie style formats, and where can you make up ground.

If you are in a deficit on speed, Adam Frazier may be worth a peek.

Over the last two weeks, Frazier has swiped five bags, and the rejuvenated Seattle Mariners are going to be pushing for a playoff bid. He does often hit in the lower third of the lineup, but it's clear he has the green light to run.

Peep Frazier to help boost those stolen base numbers.

Speculating for saves is a really brutal task. With closer's changing on a whim, it's hard keeping track of where we can locate that all elusive category.

But with Torey Lovullo announcing a closer by committee approach, we are confused yet again. While the Arizona Diamondbacks may have inked Mark Melancon to a large free agent deal, he is sporting the worst strikeout and fly-ball rates of his career.

Ian Kennedy nabbed the first save opportunity after this announcement, so if you need to spec on saves, he seems like a solid option to consider.

With some upcoming games in Coors Field, the Colorado Rockies make for a tantalizing choice. With Randal Grichuk finding his power stroke, he probably is one to keep a close eye on.

Grichuk has only smacked 11 home runs this season -- clearly a disappointment -- but he's been far better as of late. Over the last two weeks, he sports a .909 OPS.

In addition, Grichuk gets to return back to Colorado for the next week. So, if you need some help in the outfield, think about the Rockies outfielder.

With multiple members of their starting rotation injured, Yusei Kikuchi of the Toronto Blue Jays makes for an intriguing add this week.

Since returning from the Injured List, the southpaw has 10 whiffs in nine innings, and he's posted a 0.78 WHIP over that time frame. He's also lined up for a big two start week against the lowly Baltimore Orioles and Cleveland Guardians.

As a Kikuchi owner multiple times this season, I understand the hesitation, but for streaming purposes, the veteran lefty could make for a great add.
